We have an exciting new program to share as we look ahead to the summer session of our year-round Montessori schedule. Join us as we Explore the Cosmos and expand our knowledge about the universe and its many celestial layers.
Cosmic education is a cornerstone of Montessori philosophy. Founder Maria Montessori felt it was critical to comprehend the interconnectedness of all things at an early education level. Young children thrive with experiences designed to develop an awareness about the world and their place within it.
Launching authentic new experiences.
Sharing space exploration within the framework of our self-directed approach to learning will inspire your child to see the big picture, learn context, and feel the interconnectedness of all things.
Throughout the summer, your child will have a unique opportunity to become a classroom astronomer. We’ll gaze beyond Earth to discover facts about the sun and moon, atmosphere, stars and constellations, planets, galaxies, space travel, and more!
Just like any other unit within our classic Montessori studies, Explore the Cosmos will be comprehensive and rich with purpose. Count on our trained educators to guide your child as they make discoveries, tap into their natural creativity, collaborate with classmates, and develop an impressive understanding of all things space! Children will also have an opportunity to extend their learning with in-house field trips.

Your child’s well-being will always be our top priority. We provide a warm, safe, engaging environment with authentic Montessori materials.
Children will enjoy healthy meals and snacks provided as part of our daily schedule. We’ll spend lots of time in our outdoor environment to get fresh air, tend to the garden, and play in the water.
You’ll see all the highlights with secure access to live streaming video, plus regular updates will continue to be shared in our online family portal, Montessori Compass.
