Welcome to River Valley Montessori of Savage, a Montessori Unlimited school!

We offer a thoughtfully designed hybrid learning environment that blends Montessori methods with our Learn From The Start and Learn As We Grow curriculum. Together, these approaches support development and discovery while inspiring a lifelong love of learning that extends well beyond a child’s time in our school.

The first few years of a child’s life are critical to the development of personality and intellect. At River Valley Montessori, we focus on early learning for children ages six weeks to six years. Our Infant program provides nurturing, individualized attention and care, while our Toddler classrooms encourage independence and freedom within a prepared learning environment. In our Preschool classrooms, children explore hands-on learning experiences that help build confidence, independence, and creativity.

We take great care to maintain a safe and healthy school environment. Our school features coded entry doors, and all staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid. Teachers also participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. We strive to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children and families feel like an extension of our own community, and we maintain an open-door policy for all families.

We’re pleased to offer families access to SproutAbout, our mobile app that provides classroom updates, teacher communication, and live streaming video throughout the day so you can stay connected to your child’s experiences.

We are proud to partner with families who receive county child care assistance. As part of our continued commitment to high-quality early education, we are also pursuing a 4-star Parent Aware rating by the end of 2026.
