Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Cascade Summit Montessori School in West Linn, Oregon, where we provide authentic Montessori education for children ages eighteen months to six years.

At Cascade Summit Montessori School we have peaceful learning environments focused on using the Montessori Method to educate and help children develop into thoughtful and inquisitive global citizens. Here, we do more than simply teach; we work to stimulate the children’s curiosity, instruct them on important life skills, and let them learn through individualized social/emotional, academic, and practical life lessons. Our school offers high quality; authentic Montessori instruction by teachers trained by MACTE accredited training centers.

Our team at Cascade Summit Montessori is committed to offering authentic Montessori experiences to your child and family. Information regarding the Montessori lessons, daily care activities (for our potty-training friends) and engaging photos are shared by the teachers through Montessori Compass. Coming this fall, as we have had to limit family participation in the classrooms as part of our enhanced safety measures, we will be implementing WatchMeGrow, offering our families online access to the security cameras in our classrooms and opportunities to observe their child absorbed in their daily activities.

At Cascade Summit Montessori School, our team works hard to guide the development of the whole child and look for ways to ensure our offerings create a foundation for future success. Our Grow Fit program is part of our commitment to give children the knowledge, motivation and experience to pave the way for a lifetime of healthy habits. We're also proud of our school gardens. Every year we plant with the children, and as a team (with the help of the children), we care for them. The children enjoy preparing and eating the fruits of our labor!

Here's what people have to say

5 out of 5 stars
I am very greatfull with the school and with miss Beth and miss Sharon. My kid has have a very wellcoming and loving enviorement and he is growing and developing so fast. I love how his teachers and friends are helping him grow.
The communication, pics and two way email in the app is one of the best attributes. We always feel connected and responded to.
My child is incredibly well cared for in this school by every teacher, cared, etc. She is happy and excited to go tchotchkes everyday, and also excited to tell me about her fun day when I pick her up. This school is such a blessing!
We love the school and every teacher has been wonderful. Our 3 year old is now in the primary classroom and still insists on stopping by her toddler classroom to say good bye to her previous teacher every day because she loves her so much. We’ve had only good experiences here.
My child’s teachers are absolutely wonderful
