Welcome to The Woodlands Montessori school. My name is Cindy Saab and I am the director. I have been with this school for over 30 years.
We offer a true Montessori journey for our students. Our school has one Toddler classroom and three Primary classrooms. Our Toddler room has children 18 months up to three years of age. Once toilet trained, we transition children to the Primary classroom with children aged three to five. We also offer academics through Kindergarten, in addition to our amazing child care/daycare we provide.
We’re committed to providing simple ways to keep you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. With live streaming video, you can view your child’s classroom from any device or computer. Plus, get real-time updates with our family communication app.
We closely follow recommendations from state and local authorities, to maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment.
I value the relationships I have developed with our parents and treat everyone at our school as if they were an extension of my own family. We would love you to visit The Woodlands Montessori School. The optimal time to visit is between 9 and 11:30 a.m.
"We discovered that education is not something which the teacher does, but that it is a natural process which develops spontaneously in the human being." -Maria Montessori
Are you concerned about the impact of COVID on your child’s education? You’re not alone. Now, more than ever, early education matters. We’re here to help.
Starting at the front door, our already robust health and safety procedures have been enhanced to ensure a clean, welcoming school environment. The well-being of your child is our top priority, now, and always.
Elective programs allow Montessori students to learn by exploring creative outlets that will help them advance in the future—while giving your family more free time on evenings and weekends. We offer:
Our authentic Montessori experience is enhanced by a STEAM Studio.
Featuring hands-on learning stations for Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math, the studio is available to Primary program students at least once a week.

I helped open the The Woodlands Montessori School in 1986. I have devoted more than 30 years to working as an early childhood program administrator. I make it a point to visit with the students in their classrooms and love the relationships I have built with many students over the years. It is rewarding working in a Montessori environment. I enjoy watching students grow and develop as they interact with the environment and the world around them.
Certifications: Child Care Development Specialist
