Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Preston Meadows Montessori of Plano, Texas! My name is Carol Whitley and I am proud to be the director of this well-established school here in Plano. As one of the first schools in the area, Preston Meadows Montessori has been serving families for over 32 years.

Tucked back in a natural setting, our close-knit community strives to deliver an authentic Montessori experience with AMS certified Lead Teachers. We offer small mixed-age classrooms with Toddlers, Primary, and Kindergarten for ages 18 months to six years. We offer top-notch child care with a range of enrichment activities such as Spanish and sign language, art, music, and sports.

We're pleased to offer our families access to Montessori Compass. This online resource enables parents to receive updates about their child's school experiences and communicate with their teacher.

The culmination of my experience has lead me to Preston Meadows Montessori School where I get to put my education, skills, and talents into practice while leading an exceptional team! I have a diverse background with international experience. As a Child Development Specialist, I have a passion for leading community workshops and advocating for children and families. I enjoy being able to provide the best opportunity for children to create a lifelong love of learning and exploration.
