Yes, Preston Ridge Montessori has certified Montessori teachers who are trained to support your child's learning and development. We require lead teachers in our Primary and Elementary programs to hold diplomas from teacher training centers accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE). At Preston Ridge Montessori, we ask you to keep your child home if they aren't feeling well. If your child develops symptoms of illness during the day, we will separate them from the other children so they can rest comfortably while being monitored by a staff member. For the health and well-being of your child and others, your child must remain home until they have been free of symptoms for at least 24 hours or their physician provides written clearance indicating they can return to school.
