Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Montessori at the Courtyard in Bedford, TX. We offer a high-quality authentic Montessori education along with exceptional child care/daycare.
Here, your child will be a part of a classroom community that recognizes every child’s uniqueness; therefore, children are allowed to make choices and develop at their own paces. Your child will experience a well-rounded environment where he or she can explore and learn about subjects such as math, science, reading, zoology and more.
We accept children ages six weeks to six years. Classrooms have mixed age ranges where younger children are mentored by older children and older children are given opportunities to become leaders. We also focus on positive social development where children learn how to solve peer conflicts, become more aware of the needs of others and learn to respect boundaries.
We're pleased to offer our families access to Montessori Compass. This online resource enables parents to receive updates about their child's school experiences and communicate with their teacher.

Hello, my name is Demarkai Porter, and I have been working with children since 2010. I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a master's degree in psychology. I enjoy watching children learn and grow. It’s fascinating to see how much they change in the course of a couple of years. In my spare time I like to be outdoors, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to the opportunity to work with wonderful children, families, and co-workers.

Hello Everyone, my name is Hannah I have been with the school since December of 2022. I am the new Assistant director. A little about myself I have been in a professional childcare setting for three years now. However, I have been taking care of little ones for quite a while in my free time. I like to read , spend time with my nieces ,nephews and dogs. Look forward to getting to know each and every family and Child and watching our school grow.
