Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Brookstone Montessori School located in Acworth, GA! We strive to create a warm environment and we value the relationships we have with our families and work hard to involve them. In addition to our authentic Montessori curriculum, we also provide wonderful child care/daycare to the local community.

We accept students ages two to six. The classroom community is a carefully prepared environment with a complete set of Montessori materials necessary for an authentic Montessori education. It’s the type of early learning experience that you can’t find anywhere else.

The certified teachers are committed to our students and families and are passionate about the Montessori way of teaching. Staff members take 10 hours of early childhood development training every year and everyone is certified in CPR and First Aid.

We're pleased to offer our families access to Montessori Compass. This online resource enables parents to receive updates about their child's school experiences and communicate with their teacher.

Education: Master's in Education from American Contential University

Certifications: Director Certification

Hi, my name is Mrs. Vicky Mosley and I am the Director at Brookstone Montessori. I bring over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I have two beautiful daughters and enjoy spending time traveling with my husband. I believe in the importance of the Montessori philosophy and ensure my staff is supported in the Montessori methods through annual training and mentorship. I always have an open door policy and believe in open communication with current and prospective families.

Kathy Mullooly, Assistant Director

Education: 2 year Business School

My name is Kathy Mullooly. I have lived in Georgia for 24 years. I have two children, a daughter and son and three precious grandchildren, two girls and a boy. Montessori at Brookstone has been my home for 21 years. I started as an assistant teacher in a primary Classroom for 14 years and then got promoted to assistant director. I have worked in many school settings, including K-2, Special Needs. Resource and Montessori has been my favorite.
