A few fundamentals:
Respect.
At Montessori Unlimited, respect for you child's dignity and ability is a critical element of all we do. Our directresses encourage and guide, and are keenly aware of your child's development, and introduce new challenges when appropriate.
Unique environment.
The atmosphere of calm, the tools and methods, and the freedom children have to explore make the Montessori Unlimited classroom truly unique. Children access and replace materials at will, and so stay engaged and interested all day long.
Individual learning.
At Montessori Unlimited, children learn at their own pace and through their own individual experiences. As a child masters an exercise, we guide them to the next appropriate challenge.
Asking questions.
As well as encouraging children to find answers, our directors and directresses are trained to ask questions rather than provide answers. This helps children develop self-esteem and self-confidence through discovering things for themselves.
Lifelong learning.
We're committed to ensuring your child receives a broad academic education in a carefully planned, stimulating environment. We help children develop excellent skills and habits that will make them eager to advance, throughout school, and life.
